Vieux Château Certan records dates back to the mid-1700s. This historical property of the Right Bank, neighbouring Pétrus, is systématically one of the highest ranking Pomerol. With roughly 65% merlot, 30% cabernet franc and the rest made of cabernet sauvignon, it is bold, very balanced and very much long lived.
